the only thing sinful in this section is our food cost. these liquid delights are fabricated with flavor packed stocks, an arsenal of spices & a touch of love.

chicken dogfish head chowder

a collaboration of bacon, chicken morsels, apple, corn, root vegetables, a mix of dogfish head brewery beers, smoky cheeses & finalized with tumbleweed onion.
shrimp & crayfish gumbo

this creole favorite consists of mississippi crayfish tails, gulf shrimp, tasso, okra, corn, tomatoes, fresh lobster stock, a golden roux & served over sweet pea fried rice.

truffle ritz fusion
